Business Development Executive (IT Sales & Client Acquisition)

Job Overview : The company is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition for our IT Services and Staff Augmentation business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for IT Services and Staff Augmentation.

- Identify, engage, and acquire recent clients through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to provide suitable solutions.

- Prepare proposals, conduct client meetings, negotiate commercials, and close deals.

- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while achieving monthly business targets.





- Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and account growth.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or IT Staffing Sales.

- Strong understanding of IT Services, Software Development, and Staff Augmentation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales management.

- Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term business engagements.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

- Experience working with international clients; MENA region exposure will be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, Upwork, or similar business development tools.
