URGENT HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (On-site)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA Marketing preferred

Salary: Up to ₹3.00 LPA

Vacancies: 03

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Bond Period: 1 Year

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate B2B leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online research.
- Promote cloud-based ERP and accounting software solutions to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain product features and benefits.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, meetings, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain customer information and sales updates in CRM software.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and share market feedback.

Required Skills:

- Experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or Salesforce is an advantage.




- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and professional email writing.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
