Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with prospective students and corporate partners. The executive will conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, present ILT’s digital marketing programs, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to enrollment or partnership closure.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of leads and accounts,



coordinating with the training and marketing teams, and contributing to strategies that increase brand awareness and program admissions. The role also requires ongoing follow-up, handling inquiries professionally, and achieving individual and team business development targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to oversee client relationships and drive long-term engagement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and customer interactions.
- Robust interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Prior experience in education, training, or digital marketing services sales is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and willingness to learn ILT’s program offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
