Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to drive revenue growth.

- Identify potential clients' needs and tailor solutions using IT services and consulting expertise to build strong relationships.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service offerings that meet client expectations.

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new business acquisition and retention.

Job Requirements :

- 1-9 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals in the US market.

- Robust understanding of IT sales principles, including software solutions and consulting services.
