Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth for our Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance (PV), Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance services.

The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies, and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads across India and international markets.
- Prospect clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, and conferences.
- Conduct initial discussions to understand client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal clinical, PV, regulatory, and compliance teams to develop customized solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Monitor industry trends and provide market intelligence to leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related biological sciences.
- 5-7 years of total qualified experience.
- Strong background in B2B sales or business development.
- Minimum 1 year of experience selling services to pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, CRO, PV, regulatory, or laboratory organizations.
- Proven track record of independently closing business deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, GVP, and New Drugs and Clinical Trials Rules, 2019.
- Existing network within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
- Experience using CRM platforms.

- 10 client proposals submitted.

Within 12 Months
- ₹2 Crore in new business revenue generated from CRO and Pharmacovigilance services.
