Role Overview

Skora Media is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive – Client Handling who can convert inbound leads into paying clients for our digital marketing and social media services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Follow up with prospects, conduct sales discussions and close deals.
- Negotiate pricing and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales pipeline.
- Identify new business opportunities to support company growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, client handling or lead conversion.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, advertising or media agencies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle client calls, understand requirements and close sales.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
