#KeyResponsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities in IT Staffing & Recruitment, especially for #C2C and #C2H hiring models.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Leverage #LinkedIn outreach and networking to generate leads and acquire new clients.

Understand client requirements and provide customized #staffing solutions.

Manage the complete business development cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure.

Coordinate with #recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.

Achieve business development targets and drive revenue growth.

#Requirements:





3–8 years of proven experience in #BusinessDevelopment within the staffing and recruitment industry.

Solid understanding of Domestic Recruitment, #C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and #C2H (Contract-to-Hire) models.

#Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Solid LinkedIn networking and lead generation expertise.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
