About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, professional, and comfortable interacting with potential clients, generating business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and introduce the company's services.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team for client discussions and proposals.
- Maintain lead databases, track outreach activities, and update CRM or reporting sheets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Research target industries, companies, and potential business opportunities.
- Support the business development team in achieving lead generation and growth targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Smart, confident, presentable, and professional personality.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, and professional email communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain consistent follow-ups.
