Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) IT Staff Augmentation to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, onboarding vendors, acquiring IT talent, and driving revenue growth for Brandsmashers' IT and software services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT Staff Augmentation and Software Services.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and IT professionals.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and staffing needs.

Source, onboard, and manage IT vendors and staffing partners.

Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill client staffing requirements.

Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.





Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and clients using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Staffing, or IT Sales.

Robust understanding of IT Staff Augmentation and IT recruitment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Knowledge of market trends in IT staffing and software development.

Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
