Salary: ₹25,000 per month + performance incentives

Setgo is looking for a confident, enthusiastic communicator who can call business owners, explain the benefits of listing on the Setgo app, and convert interested businesses into paid listings.

Key Responsibilities

- Call business owners and clearly present Setgo’s features, listing plans, and benefits.
- Understand each business’s needs and explain how Setgo can help showcase its products, services, and offers to potential customers.
- Deliver persuasive pitches, answer questions, and handle objections professionally.
- Follow up consistently and close paid listings.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to collect business details after closing.

Who We’re Looking For

- Quick learner who can understand the app and explain it confidently.
- Strong communication, presentation, and pitching skills.




- Comfortable speaking with business owners and making regular calls throughout the working day.
- Patient, energetic, and persistent—even when prospects decline or require repeated follow-ups.
- Confident in asking for the sale and working towards monthly targets.
- Good Malayalam communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for recording leads and managing follow-ups.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or business development is preferred.
