Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 0–5 years of experience. Freshers with positive communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify new customers for interior projects.

- Contact homeowners, builders, architects and other potential clients.

- Understand client requirements, budget and design preferences.

- Explain interior design, furniture, renovation and construction services.

- Coordinate with the design team for concepts, drawings and quotations.

- Arrange client meetings and site visits.

- Follow up with clients and support project conversion.

- Maintain lead and customer records.

Requirements

- B.E.

Civil

Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering

- B.E.

Mechanical

Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

- 0–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.





- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid willingness to learn sales and business development.

- Basic negotiation and customer-handling skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

- Tamil-speaking candidates are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on skills and interview performance.
