Job Overview The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business leads, building strong client relationships, and converting business opportunities into sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and business development within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
- Find potential domestic and international clients for web development, SEO, digital marketing, and IT services.
- Communicate with prospective clients through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to suggest suitable services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation, meeting, and sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely project handovers.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and client handling.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, lead generation, and online research is an advantage.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn about IT services.
