About the role

Alphacom Manpower and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is hiring a Business Development Executive for our Mulund West office. You'll bring in new clients for our manpower and facility management services, including security, housekeeping, facility management and operations staffing.

Key responsibilities

- Find new sales leads through research, referrals, networking, cold calling and online leads
- Pitch Alphacom's services to companies, commercial buildings and housing societies
- Prepare sales presentations and quotations for prospective clients
- Take part in client meetings and negotiations, and help close contracts
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and gather their feedback
- Spot opportunities for repeat business and new revenue
- Keep records of leads, follow-ups and sales reports

Skills and requirements

- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development (manpower,



facility management or staffing experience is a plus)
- Clear, confident communication in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
- Valuable negotiation and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and field and site visits
- MS Office and Excel
- Self-motivated and target-driven
