JOB DESPCRIPTION Designation: Business Development Executive (BDE) Experience: 1 Year Education: Graduate / Master’s Salary: Depends on interview Fixed Salary (No Deduction) + Incentives (on target achievement) Work Type: Inside Sales – Target-Based Skills Required Excellent Communication Skills Solid Convincing & Negotiation Skills Target-oriented approach Good interpersonal skills * Ability to handle customers and generate business Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound sales activities Converting provided leads into clients Connecting with potential clients and understanding their requirements Explaining company services and closing deals Following up with prospective clients Achieving assigned monthly sales targets Maintaining proper records and updating sales reports Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
