Internship Details

- Role: Business Development Intern

- Duration: 3 months

- Location: In-office (Bhubaneswar)

- Stipend: ₹10,000-₹15,000 (Per month)

- Performance based PPO(The performance of the intern will be monitored during his internship period by the company. If the performance remains positive, the intern will be converted into a full time employee of the company)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support lead generation, client outreach and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, email and online research

- Identify prospects and connect with decision makers

- Schedule client meetings and assist in qualifying opportunities





- Understand customer requirements and learn to position BMS solutions

- Maintain follow-ups and update CRM records

- Support the sales team in converting leads to business

- Work towards assigned weekly and monthly targets

- Requirements

- Currently pursuing or completed any bachelor's degree (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to learn cold calling and client interaction

- Self-motivated and target-oriented

- Basic knowledge of IT products/services is an advantage

- Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
