About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our interior design company.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, client acquisition, networking and lead generation and should be capable of developing leads independently rather than relying only on company-provided enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, networking and direct business development.
- Visit construction sites, villas, independent houses and upcoming projects.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, property consultants and other referral partners.
- Identify homeowners who are planning interior design or turnkey projects.
- Make calls, arrange meetings and conduct regular follow-ups.




- Qualify leads based on project requirement, budget and timeline.
- Schedule site visits and client meetings for the design/sales team.
- Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales/business development.
- Experience in interiors, real estate, construction, modular kitchens, furniture or building materials is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with a robust ability to network.
- Willingness to travel locally across Noida & Greater Noida.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Candidates who can independently generate leads will be preferred.
