Business Development Executive (BDE) – Inside Sales

Location: Green Park, Kompally, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 3–4 Years

Language: Hindi – Mandatory

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle leads for franchise opportunities through calls and digital channels.
- Connect with potential franchise partners and understand their business requirements.
- Explain the company’s franchise model, investment structure, process, and benefits.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into franchise partners.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain lead and customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise onboarding and documentation.
- Achieve monthly franchise sales targets and maintain strong conversion rates.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective franchise partners.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in Franchise Sales / Franchise Business Development is mandatory.
- Candidates who have previously worked in the Franchise Industry will be preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Robust communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to close sales.
- Good knowledge of lead management and CRM tools.
