We are looking for a well-presented and confident Business Development Executive for a luxury hotel. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing hotel bookings, conducting property tours for prospective clients, and generating new business opportunities to increase the hotel's revenue. Hotel management background will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls, inquiries, and booking requests for available hotel services.

- Communicate with prospective and existing customers, understand their requirements and assist them throughout the booking process.

- Welcome visiting clients and conduct guided tours of the hotel property

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities to increase overall hotel revenue.

- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication.

- Retain Clients and maintain client Relations.

- Promote hotel's services, packages, and special offers to attract new customers and repeat business.





- Maintain regular communication & follow up with prospective clients to secure bookings.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth booking arrangements & guest satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Fluent english speaking along with excellent verbal communication is mandatory.

- Knowledge of hotel operations, and hospitality services.

- robust sales, negotiation and business development skills.

- presentable personality with professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduation in any discipline.

- A degree or diploma in hotel Management will be an added advantage.

- 1-2 years experience in sales is required.

- Experience in sales in hotel industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
