Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to manage sales and marketing activities, develop robust client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all sales and marketing activities.
- Attend client meetings and appointments, delivering effective product presentations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Analyse team members’ performance, monitor targets, and support them in achieving business goals.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and lead-generation abilities.
- Experience in team management and performance analysis.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
