Business Development Associate (Field Sales)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Sales team at NoBroker. The candidate will receive leads from the company and be responsible for visiting the respective locations, showing properties to potential customers, explaining property details, negotiating with clients, and driving successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and manage leads provided by the company and connect with potential customers to understand their property requirements.
- Visit assigned locations to meet customers and show them suitable properties based on their preferences and budget.
- Explain property details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and other relevant information to prospective buyers or tenants.
- Conduct property visits and site inspections with interested customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their specific requirements.
- Convince customers by highlighting the benefits and value of the property.
- Negotiate with customers on pricing and other terms to facilitate successful closures.




- Follow up with interested customers after property visits to address queries and move deals forward.
- Handle customer objections and resolve concerns to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with property owners and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate lead details, customer interactions, follow-ups, and deal status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to property visits, conversions, and closures.
