Veemi Accounting provides professional bookkeeping, accounting, payroll monitoring, tax preparation, and Fractional CFO services to businesses and CPA firms across the USA, Australia, and the UK.

We are looking for a confident, fluent English-speaking professional who can communicate with US prospects, understand their business needs, introduce our services, and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the USA.
- Communicate confidently with US business owners, decision-makers, and CPA firms.
- Introduce Veemi Accounting's services and explain how our solutions can support their businesses.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Understand prospects' requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Build professional relationships with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and robust communication skills.
- Ability to communicate naturally and confidently with US-based prospects.




- Good conversational skills, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Willingness to make outbound sales calls and engage in cold calling.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and follow-up processes.
- Confidence in handling objections and initiating conversations with current prospects.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working with international clients.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in international calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development.
- Experience communicating with US clients is an advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or financial services is a plus.
