- 6 days working
- Sunday fixed off, 1 casual leave , 1 sick leave.
- Day shift only, 10 am to 7 pm.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with patients and understand their healthcare needs.
- Coordinate appointments with eye hospitals and specialists.
- Follow up with patients and assist them throughout the process.
- Manage patient inquiries, leads, and records.
- Maintain professional relationships with hospitals and patients.

Requirements
- Graduate and undergraduate both are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Experience and fresher both are welcomed
