Role Description The Business Development Associate will support growth initiatives by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building relationships with potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering business presentations, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and interactions.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align client requirements with CypherXelites’ technical offerings and contributing to proposals and sales materials.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bikaner, requiring consistent presence for client meetings and team collaboration.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and understand client needs.
- Candidates should possess clear, professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and work collaboratively with technical and sales teams.
- Basic understanding of technology services such as web development, mobile apps, AI, or cybersecurity is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
