Business Development Executive

We are looking for a target-driven B2B sales professional who can manage qualified leads through the complete sales cycle—from product demonstration and follow-up to negotiation and final closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from qualified lead to closure and payment.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solution.

- Conduct/coordinate product demonstrations and presentations.

- Engage with decision-makers, institutions and business stakeholders.

- Handle objections, negotiate commercials and prepare quotations/proposals.

- Maintain structured follow-ups and ensure no qualified chance is lost.

- Update and manage the sales pipeline in CRM.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.

- Track demos, follow-ups, conversions and closures through regular reporting.

- Coordinate with internal teams for demos, installation, training and post-sales handover.

- Develop strong knowledge of Pheezee, its applications and value proposition.

- Identify opportunities for upselling,



repeat business and referrals.

- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in B2B sales and business closures, not just lead generation.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and objection-handling skills.

- Target-oriented, commercially driven and revenue-focused.

- Strong ownership of the complete sales cycle.

- Disciplined in follow-ups, CRM management and reporting.

- Stable career history with a consistent performance track record.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
