Role & responsibilities :

- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their
- property requirements
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and purchase timeline
- Schedule and coordinate site visits/property viewings between clients and available
- properties
- Follow up consistently with leads through the sales funnel from first contact to closing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and conversions in the CRM
- Coordinate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and campaign

- Stay updated on current property listings, pricing trends, and market inventory
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for site visits and conversions

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (preference for Btech/BBA/MBA or related fields)
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (freshers with
- strong communication skills may also apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills




- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with cold calling and client-facing interactions
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace
- Prior experience in real estate, insurance, or EdTech sales is a plus
