About the Role:

We are looking for a energetic Business Development Associate with prior experience in an advertising or marketing agency to help us identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Pitch agency services (branding, digital marketing, video production, social media, etc.) to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
- Coordinate with internal creative and account teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities




- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in business development/client servicing at an advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of agency services — branding, digital, social media, content, video production
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to build relationships with CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers
- Self-motivated with strong ownership and follow-up skills

Preferred:

- Existing network of client contacts in relevant industries
- Experience working with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
