Business Development Associate IT Staffing

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (On-site)

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research prospective clients and current business opportunities within the Indian market.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other prospecting activities.
- Schedule client meetings and understand hiring requirements related to Contract Staffing and C2H engagements.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present company staffing solutions and articulate our value proposition effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure smooth handover of hiring mandates.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activity.

Key Requirements/Skills

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).





- 12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in the IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, or Recruitment Services industry.
- Experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have
- Understanding of the technology hiring ecosystem and staffing services.
- Prior experience prospecting into startup or tech-enterprise accounts.
