Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Guwahati.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with residential/ Commercial clients and support the end-to-end sales cycle for solar solutions. Daily tasks include Cold Calling prospect customers, Conducting in person client meetings, coordinating with technical and project teams,



and following up with prospects and existing customers to drive conversions and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Solid business development and sales skills, client engagement and negotiation.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear, accessible language.
- Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and project management.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects, proposals, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Interest or experience in solar energy, renewable energy, or related technical domains is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Guwahati and conducting client visits within the region as required.
- Two Wheeler and valid two wheeler license is added advantage.
