We are looking for motivated and confident candidates to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with prior experience who are interested in sales, client communication, and business development.

Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers and explain products or services.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain basic records of leads and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates who can commute to Tilak Nagar will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
