Role Description The Business Development Associate Intern will support the growth initiatives of Innoknowvex through research, outreach, and relationship-building activities. On a day-to-day basis, this internship role includes identifying potential partners and clients, assisting in lead generation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.

The intern will help prepare presentations, proposals, and reports, and support meetings and follow-ups with prospects and stakeholders. This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru,



requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business development activities with product and learning solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build skilled relationships.
- Candidates should possess analytical and research skills, such as market research, competitor analysis, and data interpretation to support business decisions.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline tracking, and familiarity with CRM or similar tools.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work systematically.
- Relevant academic background in business, marketing, management, or related fields is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in sales, business development, or startups is a plus.
- Interest in education technology and innovation, along with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment in Bengaluru.
