Role Description - The Sales Associate (Healthcare Technology) will be responsible for driving new business and managing existing accounts for Medify Nexus’s AI-driven SaaS solutions. This full time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product presentations and demos, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The role includes maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their operational challenges,



and positioning Medify’s platform as a value-added solution.

The Sales

Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, gather customer feedback, and contribute to sales strategy and market insights.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technology in clear, practical terms to healthcare stakeholders.
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships within healthcare or SaaS environments.
- Proven Sales and Business Development experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Background in Sales Management or exposure to sales processes, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology, SaaS, or ERP systems is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and visit client locations as needed.
