We are growing our Business Development team in Gurugram and are looking for a driven early-career professional who enjoys building client relationships and turning opportunities into outcomes.
About the Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build targeted outreach plans, and support the sales process from first conversation to proposal. You will work closely with internal teams to make sure our solutions match what clients need.
What You Will Do
- Identify, prospect and qualify new leads, and manage your lead pipeline
- Research industry trends, competitors and market opportunities to shape outreach
- Support targeted outreach plans across calls, emails and meetings
- Prepare and deliver client-focused presentations
- Assist in creating proposals
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM or similar tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to align our offerings with client needs
- Track key performance metrics and report on progress
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales,
lead generation or a client-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field
- Strong presentation skills, with experience creating and delivering presentations
- Proven lead generation skills: prospecting, qualifying and pipeline management
- Solid market research skills: data gathering, competitor analysis and spotting opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and delivers consistently against deadlines
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation software and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in office in Gurugram
