About the Role

We are a specialized custom software engineering studio building bespoke web platforms, full-stack mobile applications, and enterprise digital solutions primarily for international clients (UK, Europe, and global).

We are seeking Freelance Referral Partners & Independent BD Consultants who operate within startup, agency, or corporate B2B tech ecosystems. If you are regularly in conversations with founders, executives, or product teams who need custom engineering support, this is a turnkey opportunity to monetize those relationships.

This is an independent, non-exclusive, fully remote role. There are no quotas, no mandatory hours, and no cold calling required on our behalf. You simply introduce qualified leads; we handle the technical scoping, pitching, and project delivery.

What You’ll Do

Identify warm opportunities within your network—companies, startups, or agencies requiring custom web/mobile platforms, system modernizations, or custom backend builds.

Initiate a warm handoff/introduction between the prospective client and our engineering leadership.

Stay updated on project progress while our team conducts technical discovery,



prepares the commercial proposal, and closes the deal.

Compensation & Terms

Attractive Finder’s Fee: A transparent 10% to 15% commission on the total closed contract value of each referred project.

High Ticket Sizes: Our custom software contracts typically range from $5,000 to $50,000+, yielding significant upside per successful introduction.

Prompt Payouts: Paid directly upon project milestone receipts.

100% Flexible: No exclusivity constraints—you can easily run this alongside your current consulting practice, agency, or full-time engagement.

Ideal Profile

Background in B2B Tech Sales, SaaS Business Development, UI/UX Design, RevOps, or Digital Agency account management.

An active network among tech founders, agency heads, or corporate leaders seeking bespoke software development.

Ability to identify genuine technical pain points and facilitate a professional warm introduction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
