We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our expanding team in Kumbakonam.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2C and B2B channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospective customers into successful course enrollments.
- Communicate with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
- Explain our training programs and services professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular performance updates.
- Support the company’s business expansion and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil; basic English communication preferred.
- Good negotiation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
