Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Central Functional Consultant role based in Ahmedabad. The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions that align with operational and financial objectives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring Business Central modules, preparing functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams for customizations and integrations, and supporting testing and user training. The role also involves troubleshooting functional issues, documenting best practices,



and providing ongoing consulting to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement. The consultant will engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, maintaining clear communication and contributing to project planning and delivery.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business processes such as finance, operations, supply chain, and reporting within an ERP context.
- Experience in consulting, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems, and familiarity with finance-related workflows.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Business Central or similar Microsoft business applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines on-site in Ahmedabad.
- Experience with the broader Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Power BI, Power Platform, Azure services) is beneficial.
