Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business and Sales Development Executive role based in Surat.

- The executive will identify and develop new business opportunities with residential and commercial clients, including architects, interior designers, PMC teams, contractors, and end customers. Schedule meetings with them and visit them as per the schedule.
- During the visit, give presentation of our portfolio of products & services. Follow up with them for any project relevant to us.
- Attend the walk-in customers of the showroom and give technical know-how, tour of place.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and product presentations,



and preparing quotations and proposals aligned with project requirements.
- The role involves managing the sales pipeline, negotiating terms, closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- The executive will maintain strong client relationships, provide post-sales support, gather market and competitor insights, and contribute to sales planning and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for client interactions, product presentations, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Knowledge of bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, plumbing, or construction-related products is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, conduct field visits, and travel locally as required.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email tools) and maintaining structured sales records.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in B2B or project-based sales.
