We’re Hiring: Business Analytics Manager at Maalde

Maalde is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Analytics Manager who can turn business data, operational insights, and real-world challenges into smarter decisions and measurable growth.

We’re looking for someone who understands how a business works, can identify opportunities for improvement, and can help leadership make informed decisions using data, analysis, and practical business thinking.

Who Can Apply?

What You’ll Do
- Analyze sales, revenue, purchasing, inventory, customer behavior, and overall business performance.
- Work with department heads to understand business challenges and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance and support management decisions.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities using data and business insights.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend practical improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
- Support management in business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with different departments to implement improvements and track their results.
- Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum qualification:



MBA in Business Analytics, Operations, Finance, Marketing, or a related specialization.
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, business management, operations, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams or projects .
- Strong understanding of business functions, including sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, and customer management.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly to management.
- A practical, business-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results.
