Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Plan deployments and proactively manage cutover issues.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and support clients.
- Conduct requirement workshops and analyze current processes.
- Design solutions considering business, technical, and user needs.
- Train users and prepare training materials.
- Support presales activities and solution design.
- Create case studies and marketing/GTM materials.
- Lead the Business Analyst team and review their deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of IT delivery.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, JIRA, and Visio.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and with teams.
