Business Analyst – ServiceNow SOMT

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow SOMT, Telecom Service Management, SPM, and telecom order lifecycle processes .

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Define telecom service/order management processes.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications .
- Work closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
- Support ServiceNow SOMT and SPM implementation and transformation initiatives.
- Participate in UAT, testing, and end-to-end delivery activities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow SOMT & SPM .
- Positive understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS and order lifecycle .
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
