We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and business process analysis, along with exposure to AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze supply chain and logistics processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, order management, and shipment tracking.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct gap analysis, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development and technical teams.
- Identify and support AI/ML use cases related to demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics planning, and predictive analytics.
- Analyze business data using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business functionality,



and track defects through resolution.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement review meetings.
- Monitor solution performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in the supply chain or logistics domain.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Positive understanding of supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and order management.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, or AI-driven business solutions.
- Experience supporting UAT, requirement validation, and defect tracking.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
