We're looking for a Business Analyst/Scrum Master role is based in Chennai. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders in Life Sciences projects, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team. The professional will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while tracking progress and removing impediments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and improving business processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions, and maintaining transparent, timely communication with stakeholders. The role also requires supporting backlog management, monitoring delivery against milestones, and contributing to continuous improvement of agile practices.

Qualification

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications
- Business Process understanding to map, analyze,



and optimize workflows in a Life Sciences or similar regulated environment
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, and present findings clearly
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in agile project delivery, including managing sprints and coaching teams on agile practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Prior experience in Life Sciences, healthcare, or enterprise IT projects is desirable

Job Location: Guindy, Chennai Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
