We're a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Digital product Manager in Insurance BTG team to lead complex initiatives and drive business growth. As a Digital product Manager,/ project manager you'll oversee multiple projects, manage stakeholders, and develop strategic solutions to meet business objectives. Responsibilities- • Program Delivery: Manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business goals. • Stakeholder Management: Foster solid relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, business teams, enabling functions, business PODs and external partners. • Strategic Planning:



Develop and execute program strategies, aligning with business objectives and driving growth. • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. • Problem-Solving: Navigate ambiguity and complexity, developing creative solutions to drive program success. • Communication: Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. • Results-Oriented: Drive programs to closure, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations. Requirements: • 5-10 years of experience in program management, preferably in an enterprise setting • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (not a must,though, high agency and ownership is a non negotiable). • Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs with multiple stakeholders • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS excel, word and power point, JIRA and confluence).
