Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with strong expertise in product research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product enhancement strategies. The candidate will be responsible for identifying product gaps, understanding customer needs, recommending innovative features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality, user experience, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed product and market research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Analyze existing product features, workflows, and processes to identify functional and operational gaps.

- Perform competitor analysis and benchmark product capabilities against industry standards and market expectations.

- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, customer expectations, and evolving market needs.

- Identify customer pain points and recommend practical, scalable solutions to enhance product value.

- Recommend new features and product enhancements to improve functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction.

- Develop product enhancement strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, development, QA, and product teams to implement product improvements.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product adoption, engagement, and overall user experience.

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, target segments, and recent business opportunities.

- Develop product positioning, differentiation strategies, and go-to-market recommendations.

- Suggest marketing strategies to improve product visibility, customer acquisition, and business growth.

- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs),



Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional requirement documents.

- Create product gap analysis reports, competitor comparison reports, and feature roadmaps.

- Prioritize product enhancements based on customer value, business impact, feasibility, and market demand.

- Monitor product performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align product development and enhancement initiatives with business goals.

- Take ownership of continuous product improvement, innovation, and market competitiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of product analysis, market research, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis.

- Ability to identify functional gaps and translate business needs into actionable requirements.

- Experience in preparing BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and functional documentation.

- Understanding of product development lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to interpret customer feedback, market data, and product performance metrics.

- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Profile

- Experience in business analysis, product analysis, product research, or product management.

- Familiarity with UI/UX principles, agile methodologies, and product development processes.

- Ability to evaluate competing products and recommend improvements based on market needs.
