About the Company

Nexal IIT is offering a structured remote internship for college students and freshers who want to begin a career in business analysis. The internship provides practical exposure to business research, data analysis, requirement gathering, process improvement, and report preparation. Interns will work with business data, analytical tools, and project-based tasks to understand business operations, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate business insights.
- Work with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar analytical platforms.
- Assist in identifying business problems and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Create business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and project objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help track business performance.




- Support process mapping and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Validate data accuracy and maintain organized business documentation.
- Participate in project discussions, team meetings, and business review sessions.
- Complete assigned tasks, analysis, and project deliverables within deadlines.

Requirements
- Suitable for college students and freshers interested in business analysis, business administration, management, finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business operations and analytical concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of data interpretation, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Understanding of business requirements and process analysis is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to conduct research, interpret information, and draw logical conclusions.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines responsibly.
- Willingness to learn current tools, business processes, and analytical techniques.

This is a paid, remote internship with a duration of 3 months and a performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000.
