About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Paid Account Management business. The role will focus on converting business and program data into actionable insights, reports, dashboards, and recommendations that support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and develop business metrics, reports, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes.
- Translate business problems into data and analysis requirements.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Support business planning, forecasting, target setting, and scenario analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting systems.
- Partner with Business Development, Account Management, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Automate recurring reports and analytics processes to reduce manual work.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Help build a single source of truth for program performance data.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or related roles.
- Strong experience with Advanced Excel and large datasets.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboarding/visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL preferred.
- Knowledge of Python/R is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical,



problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Marketplace, or Internet businesses is preferred.
