About the role

Crossing Infotech is looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is interested in understanding business requirements, analyzing information, preparing reports, and helping teams make better operational decisions.

This opportunity is suitable for freshers and graduates who enjoy working with data as well as people. You will gain exposure to requirement gathering, process documentation, reporting, research, and business analysis activities.

What you will work on

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Understand project objectives and convert them into structured requirements.
- Collect information from internal teams and organize it for analysis.
- Prepare Excel-based reports, trackers, and summaries.
- Use basic SQL queries to retrieve relevant information.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify patterns.
- Assist in preparing process flows and requirement documents.
- Maintain requirement trackers and project documentation.
- Record meeting discussions, action items, and follow-ups.
- Support preparation of presentations and management reports.
- Research business processes, markets, and relevant industry information.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in business requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical team members.
- Assist with user-acceptance testing and requirement validation.
- Support process-improvement initiatives.
