Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify gaps in current processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop documentation of business rules, procedures, and guidelines for internal use by IT teams.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or related field.
- Robust understanding of US Insurance industry regulations and practices.
- Experience with P&C; insurance policy administration systems (e.g., ACORD) is required; knowledge of other lines of business an asset.
