Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Gurugram.

The Business

Analyst will work closely with product, operations, and counseling teams to analyze student behavior, market trends, and internal processes to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and improving business processes, and creating reports, dashboards, and insights that guide product enhancements and operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, translating analytical findings into clear recommendations,



and supporting the design of tools and workflows that improve the student experience on KollegeApply’s platforms. The position also includes ongoing performance tracking of initiatives and contributing to strategic planning and experimentation.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning.
- Business Analysis capabilities, such as requirements gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and solution evaluation.
- Clear and structured Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible way.
- Experience in understanding and optimizing Business Process flows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Ability to define, document, and manage Business Requirements for products, tools, and reporting needs.
- Graduation from IIT/NIT/DTU/NSUT/Thapar/PEC/BITS or an equivalent reputed institution, with a solid academic record.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Indian higher education and entrance exam ecosystem is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
