usiness Analyst Sovereign System of Intelligence (SSOI)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Business Analyst to support the delivery and evolution of our Sovereign System of Intelligence (SSOI) platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive requirements discovery sessions.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

Support Agile delivery teams with backlog refinement, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.

Produce high-quality business documentation, process maps, and user stories.

Ensure solutions align with business objectives, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology, data, or digital transformation programmes.

Robust analytical, problem-solving,



and critical-thinking skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex requirements.

Ability to effectively multitask and manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

Awareness and understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and intelligent automation capabilities.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, cloud-based architectures, data platforms, and analytics solutions.

Understanding of data governance, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.
