Role & responsibilities :

The BICC supports Munich Res global reporting process by providing highquality, consistent, and reliable management information. Our reporting supports and inspires top management and global process owners through clarity, efficiency, and data accuracy. We aim to enable excellent decisionmaking by offering easytouse, customeroriented reporting services that consistently meet high quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Our mission is to facilitate qualityassured reporting from a single point of truth. The BICC acts as the central hub that coordinates and safeguards this global reporting process in close collaboration with all stakeholders.

- Requirement gathering and support in analyzing reporting and planning needs (like Cost planning , Technical result planning)
- Documentation and testing support for all the developments that should meet the requirement of functional specification.
- Coordinate and assist the implementation of business requirements to achieve high business satisfaction




- Ensure quality assurance to validate all the new and existing reports meet the business expectations and guidelines
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the BI reporting strategy in alignment with the Reporting Process Owners vision
- Stakeholder support and Assist in user training and documentation. Also provide first level support for user queries and dashboards.

Key Competencies & Skills required

Technical:

- Basic understanding of SAP CO module and financerelated (re)insurance processes and reporting requirements
- Basic understanding of modern warehouses. For Eg SAP BW , Databricks

Good to have skills:

- Ability to map business processes to system requirements
- Knowledge of Agile methodology , experience in Devops is preferred

Behavioral Skills:

- Solid business ownership and decision-making under risk/compliance constraints
- Structured prioritization, scope/value trade-offs, and acceptance discipline
- Proactive problem-solver with strong coordination skills.

Soft Skills:

- Good communication skills to interact with business stakeholders
